Cherry ‘White Heart’

A delicious traditional cherry, sweet and juicy with red-flushed creamy-yellow skin over cream coloured flesh which is white and fragrant. ‘White Heart’ is considered by many to be the best flavoured dessert cherry, and is offered here on Colt rootstock (semi-dwarfing and great for colder areas) which is ideal for the small to average-sized garden. ‘White Heart’ is self-sterile and requires a compatible pollination partner.

Pollination information: Not self-fertile, this cherry requires another variety of cherry nearby. Ideally this should come from the same pollination group 3, however it is possible to use one from group 2 or 4 as well. Good options include ‘Van’ or ‘Summer Sun’.
